2012 Summit Wrap-Up
More than 300 health professionals and service provider organizations from across the state converged in Austin on August 16 and 17 to hear state and national speakers provide information and best practices on issues relating to health disparities.
Through the Summit, the Health & Human Services Commission sought to partner with health and human services agencies, external stakeholders, as well as other systems and communities to educate attendees and ultimately the public on ways to identify disproportionality and disparities affecting children, families, and vulnerable citizens.
